About the author:

Award-winning author Gabija Grušaitė lived in Penang for seven years where she cofounded the Hin Bus Depot - an independent, contemporary art space. She currently lives in Vilnius, Lithuania with her two Malaysian dogs - Gorgeous and Hazelnut.
